This $100 gift certificate may be used for hypnosis or personal coaching with Paul Ramsay, Board Certified Hypnotist.  The user must be able to meet with Paul Ramsay in his Somersworth, New Hampshire office.

Hypnosis helps us change our habits and increase our motivation to move toward a healthier, happier life.  If you wish to give the gift of personal coaching to a friend or loved one who lives in the seacoast area of New Hampshire, this $100 gift certificate is the way to do so. The total cost for each client will vary, depending on what he/she wants to get help achieving.

The user of the gift certificate will meet one-on-one with Paul and do a complete consultation before starting her/his coaching session.  Paul will help you set goals, outline a plan to reach those goals, and explain the action plan for creating success.  Then, once you feel comfortable proceeding you'll have your session.  A typical session can go from 45 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on what are of personal growth you're working on.

You might choose to use hypnosis to create the success you desire, but you don't always have to.  Perhaps some other coaching strategies will be more appropriate.  That's the great thing about having a coach!  Paul will help you determine what the best approach is for your situation.  Coaching provides you with a personal, customized experience.  You get the attention, support, and commitment that creates success!
